Development Milestones

From twenty years of experience to the next generation of professional service technology. Now it's time to bring it into professional workshops together.

A brief overview of the engineering journey from the initial concept to the current Zero Series test product.

The current zero-series is a fully operational functional prototype, built to validate hardware, mechanics, and measurement performance. It includes a streamlined firmware with core functionality and PC-based configuration.

The production version will introduce industrial-grade firmware, a modern Web UI, remote configuration, advanced diagnostics, and a complete professional user experience.

Electronic Capabilities

Industrial Controller • JRT UB2B Laser ±1 mm • 10 Hz Measurement • 5 kg Force Control
OLED Interface • SD Logging • IR Remote Control • Windows Configuration Software • Future Web Platform
Environmental Monitoring • Database Architecture • Engineered for Precision • Built for Professionals

Construction

Construction of all models are on the industry logic and by experiance in the 3d printed stuff. Used sendwich construction and inserted nuts like on he laptop computers.

Analyzing the behavior of worn and out-of-spec lines

Firmware is the intelligence behind the system

The hardware provides precision mechanics and quality sensors — the firmware is what turns them into a reliable professional instrument.

The Zero Series firmware is a functional engineering platform focused on stability, accurate measurement and validating every component under real working conditions. Every motor move and sensor reading is monitored, verified and recorded for repeatable results.

Built on ESP32-S3, it integrates laser distance measurement, load-cell control, environmental monitoring, SD logging and motor control in one embedded system — modular enough that each function can be tested and improved on its own.

This isn't the final commercial firmware. It's a validation platform for proving out mechanics, electronics and workflow before the industrial release.

Behavior Analysis of a New Line

Precision is measured in millimeters. Confidence is built into
every line of code.

Measuring new and used lines under identical conditions shows the system can do more than measure length — it can help surface line wear, stretch and overall condition during the same pass.

The real advance isn't the hardware or the software on its own — it's the intelligence behind the full measuring process. Combining rigging experience, real service feedback and embedded engineering is what's redefining how trimming gets done.

Configuration Software Platform

Designed for Today. Built for Tomorrow.

Existing Windows configuration software already used for hardware development and testing.

The current Windows application provides a stable platform for configuration, calibration and data analysis during product development.
Future plan is focused on transforming this software into an industrial Web-based platform while preserving the existing architecture and database.
